Uniti's clients have a single contact within the business for every circumstance - their Delivery Manager. What sets this apart from a standard account manager, is that our Delivery Managers retain their clients if they leave Uniti. In short their future and prosperity relies on their ability to give our clients exactly what they need.Direct experience:
Every one of Uniti's Delivery Managers has worked within their client's industry. This means they have a real, hands on and operational grounding in how our clients work and are able to put their client's needs into a commercial context.Go beyond expectations:

Uniti is not only about other people. Our people are just as important and so we invest heavily to give our team the opportunity to be more highly skilled, happier and secure in their future.Our Contribution
2% of our operating profit goes towards helping charities and foundations fund their work. Right now we are working with two particular charities. Of course, we have a referral scheme just like most consultancies. When you refer a client or candidate to us, not only does 10% of our fee go into your pocket, but an extra 5% also goes towards our chosen charities. Help yourself and help others while you help us do more good.
